Roughly dice the banana (s), strawberries and apple and put them in the blender with the other ingredients, either at the Smoothie or Interval setting and mix well for about 30 seconds.
Otherwise puree with the stick.
It is best to put it in the refrigerator overnight. Chill for at least 2 - 3 hours. The banana creates a pudding-like consistency. Sprinkle with coconut flakes before serving. Also tastes good with wheat bran.
