Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes in their skins for about 30 minutes. Then peel, cut into slices and let cool.
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes and add the vinegar, rapeseed oil, chives rolls and chopped dill to the potato slices and mix carefully. Season to taste with salt and pepper and leave to steep in the refrigerator for approx. 1 hour.
  3. Goes wonderfully with meatballs and sausages.
