Chop the onion, bell pepper, garlic and celery relatively finely. Then cut the sausage into slices and the chicken into cubes.
Fry the sausage. Add onions, garlic and chicken, then add paprika and celery and let cook for just under half an hour. Stir again and again. When the liquid is out, pour in the stock, add the tomatoes and rice, season with the spices and chocolate and let cook. Keep stirring again and again. When the rice is ready and there is only a little liquid left, it is time to serve.
