Knead the ingredients into a dough and form a roll on a floured surface. Cut this roll into four equal pieces. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and make a notch with the back of a knife. Cover the rolls and let rise for an hour.
Pre-heat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
After an hour, brush the rolls with water and, if necessary, salt. Turn the oven down to 180 degrees and bake the rolls for about 20 minutes.
