First mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, then add the moist ones. Mix everything well.
Meanwhile preheat the oven to approx. 175 degrees hot air.
Then shape the buns with your hands. The amount makes three smaller or two larger rolls. They do not rise, but rather keep about the size and shape in which you put them on the baking sheet lined with baking paper.
If you like, you can sprinkle the rolls with chia seeds or poppy seeds etc. (press down a little with a damp teaspoon). Sweet with raisins is also possible.
Then bake on the middle rack for 20 minutes.
