Instructions

  1. Put the flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl. Make a well in the middle and pour the cold water into it. Add the softened butter and knead everything into a dough. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.
  2. Later roll out on a work surface dusted with flour, the size of a baking sheet. Place on the baking sheet and press the edges upwards.
  3. For the filling, whisk the egg and cream with a hand blender and season with salt, nutmeg and pepper.
