Instructions

  1. Cook the rice in salted water as usual. Meanwhile, cut the pak choi, ginger and spring onions into slices.
  2. Fry all ingredients in a pan with a little oil. After about 5 minutes add soy sauce, pepper and lemongrass. Cook for another 2 minutes, then serve.
