Take the rice out of the bag and put it in a saucepan. Wash the peppers and cut into small cubes, add to the rice. Cover the whole thing with water and bring to a boil. Stir in some vegetable stock and simmer for about 20 minutes. Stir again and again.
We like to eat the paprika rice as an accompaniment to turkey schnitzel. A tasty, low-fat side dish.
