Instructions

  1. Mix the chicken broth with the hot water. Chop the ginger and garlic clove in soy sauce and heat the mirin. Boil the egg and cook the noodles in the chicken broth according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Then pour the chicken broth with noodles through a sieve over the soy sauce, mirin, ginger and garlic clove so that the two mix together.
  3. Cut the chicken breast fillet into approx. 1 cm thick slices and fry in a little fat, soy sauce and mirin. Chop the pak choi and mushrooms and sauté them.
  4. Put the noodles in a bowl, arrange the pak choi and mushrooms as well as the cooked halved egg and chicken breast fillet on top and pour the broth over them.
