Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into small cubes and sauté in the oil. Add the minced meat and tartare and fry until brown. Pour in the hot meat stock, season everything with salt, pepper and the paprika powder. Add rice and tomato paste and leave to soak over low heat for about 25 minutes. Season again to taste and serve sprinkled with the parsley.
