- Mix all ingredients together (whisk) to create a thick sauce and bring to the boil briefly. Be careful, it starts quickly!
- When cooking, the sauce likes to thicken, then just pour in a little more coconut milk.
- Who does NOT like coconut milk:
- it also works with normal milk, then it is not quite so exotic
- This satay sauce goes well with French fries, meat (skewers), with various types of cabbage, as a dip sauce for raclette, fondue, fried potatoes
