Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together (whisk) to create a thick sauce and bring to the boil briefly. Be careful, it starts quickly!
  2. When cooking, the sauce likes to thicken, then just pour in a little more coconut milk.

  4. it also works with normal milk, then it is not quite so exotic
  5. This satay sauce goes well with French fries, meat (skewers), with various types of cabbage, as a dip sauce for raclette, fondue, fried potatoes
