Cut the tomatoes crosswise and scald them. Remove the skin from the scalded tomatoes, remove the core and cut into cubes. Fry the minced meat with the onion in oil. Season with salt, pepper and the paprika powder. Then add the diced tomatoes and the tomato paste. Simmer on a low flame until the tomatoes have crumbled. Maybe some more seasoning.
Serve the minced meat sprinkled with the cooked noodles and the chopped parsley.
