First cut the meat sausage into slices, then cut the slices into strips and place in a bowl. Peel the onions and cut into strips, wash the tomatoes and cut into smaller pieces and put everything in the bowl as well.
Add some water, oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, mix and season to taste. Peel the eggs, quarter them and place on the sausage salad.
We like to eat this sausage salad with fried potatoes.
