Mix the water, oil and eggs together well. Then mix in the sugar, flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Spread the dough on a baking tray that has been greased or lined with baking paper.
The tray is then placed in the preheated oven and baked at 175 ° C for approx. 35-40 minutes.
The dough is very loose and light and not too dry.
Note: You can let your creativity run free for a topping. I`ve baked it with apples and also with peaches. You can of course also put cherries or plums etc. on it.
