Peel the onion and garlic. Fry the minced meat together with the diced onion in a large saucepan in a little oil. Finely chop the garlic and add.
Deglaze the minced meat with the broth and add the tomatoes, sour cream and processed cheese. After briefly boiling, season the minced meat with basil, salt and pepper to taste. If necessary, balance the acidity of the tomatoes with a pinch of sugar. Add the pasta and cook for about 5 minutes.
