Cut the zucchini, peppers and tomatoes (peel them beforehand) into pieces. Finely dice the onion. Finely chop the chilli pepper.
Sweat the onion in oil. Add zucchini, paprika, tomatoes, herbs and chilli and sauté everything in its own juice for about 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
Rice goes well with this.
The vegetables can be supplemented with everything that the garden has to offer. But then pay attention to different cooking times!
