Ingredients
- 1 slice bread (s), (grain)
- 1 scoop mozzarella
- 1 large tomato (s)
- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
- 1 thin spring onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon, leveled mustard, (dill)
- 1 slice (s) cheese, variety your choice
- 1 teaspoon herb, mixed, frozen
- Sea salt, from the mill
- Pepper, more colorful, from the mill
- Chilli flakes
- Fat, for the pan
Instructions
- Let the bread with a little fat brown on both sides in the (only gently heated) pan.
- Spread the mustard on the bread slice with the spoon. Scatter half of the spring onion, cut into rolls, over the top.
- Spread the mozzarella in slices on the bread, pepper + chilli on top.
- Sliced tomatoes on top of the mozzarella, just season with salt.
- Scatter frozen herbs on top and put the garlic clove, cut into very fine slices, on top.
- Halve the slice of cheese and place on top of the tomato slices.
- Cut the second half of the spring onion into fine rolls and sprinkle over the cheese.
- Put the lid on and wait until the cheese has melted - all over a low heat so that the bread doesn`t burn.
- Cut the bell pepper into strips and place on the plate with the pan-fried bread.
