Instructions

  1. For the dough, knead the flour with a pinch of salt and an egg, the soft butter and a tablespoon of water to form a dough. Line the 6 ”springform pan with it, pulling up one edge. Put the mold in the refrigerator.
  2. For the topping, roughly dice the onion, slice the mushrooms and the ham into small strips or cubes. Fry the onion, mushrooms and peas in a pan with a little butter. Add the ham just before the end of the roasting time.
  3. Pour the mixture on the dough base. Mix the cream with an egg and the grated cheese, season with salt and pepper and pour over the vegetables. Put the springform pan in the cold oven and bake at 160 degrees for 40 minutes.
  4. Let cool down a little before cutting.
