Heat the fat in a larger pan on medium heat. Cut the potatoes into cubes and add them to the pan.
Peel and dice the onion and garlic and add to the pan. Cut the sausage into small pieces and place in the pan. Cut the spring onion into rolls and place in the pan. Remove the tomatoes from the stalk, dice them and put them in the pan.
Stir, put the lid on and cook on a low heat for about 15 minutes. Then season with the spices and arrange on a plate.
