- Grease and preheat the contact grill.
- Butter 4 slices of toast and top 2 slices with 1 slice of cheese each.
- Remove the stem from the tomatoes, cut into approx. 1 cm thick slices, place 2 slices on each of 2 cheese toast slices, season with salt and pepper.
- Place the remaining 2 slices of cheese on top of the tomatoes and the two buttered slices of toast on top of the two cheese and tomato toasts.
- Place on the contact grill, grill until browned and arrange on a plate.
- Garnish with the remaining tomato end pieces and enjoy.
