Put ice in a glass, cut about 1/4 of the orange into small slices and add to the glass. Then pour the blood orange syrup, the orange juice and the sparkling mineral water over it and fill up with the prosecco.
Now garnish with an orange slice, as an eye catcher, on the edge of the glass and a straw to stir.
