Put the low-fat quark, tuna, herbs, chives, olive oil and the juice of the lime in a bowl and stir with the mineral water until smooth. Season with a lot of pepper, a little salt and, depending on your taste, soy sauce, garlic and sambal oelek.
If it is too firm, the consistency can be further diluted with mineral water or milk.
The paste tastes great on bread or as a hearty dip with vegetable sticks or the like.
