- Season the meat with salt. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the meat with onions and garlic. Stir in the tomato paste and fry briefly.
- Dust the roast with flour and add the beef stock. Mix everything together properly, then add the sour cream and vegetables and simmer for 20 minutes.
