Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillet into strips approx. 1 cm wide. Peel, halve and slice the onions.
  2. Let the oil get very hot in a pan. Brown the meat in it, then add the onions and sweat until translucent. Peel and quarter the apple, remove the core. Cut the apple quarters into cubes and add to the meat.
  3. Scatter flour and curry over the contents of the pan and sauté briefly while stirring. Then deglaze with the hot broth. Mix the cream into the curry and season with salt, pepper, sugar and lemon juice.
  4. Cook the curry for another 5 minutes over medium heat, then season again to taste. Serve the curry with rice.
