  1. Cut the chicken breast, onions, garlic and gherkins into cubes. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and sear the chicken in it.
  2. As soon as the meat has got some color, add onions and garlic and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder and sear for another 5 minutes. Deglaze with 250 ml of vegetable stock, add herbal cream cheese, mustard and the diced pickles and let everything simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
  3. If you want more sauce, you can also use a little more vegetable stock, you just have to think about adding more cream cheese and mustard. Rice goes well with this.
