Treat meat as always (rinse, pat dry), cut meat into narrow strips, lightly salt and turn in flour. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the strips until golden brown. Add onion cubes and roast for a while. Then deglaze with white wine and then let it boil down a little. Pour in the coffee cream and stir in the broth and the sauce thickener. Finally add the mushrooms and let everything simmer for another 5 minutes (on a low level). Finally season with Worcester sauce, garnish with parsley.
Either rice or hash browns can be served with it. I`ve also eaten it with duchess potatoes and croquettes.
