Instructions

  1. Sear the pre-seasoned meat vigorously in a large pan. Chop the mushrooms and add to the meat. Then cut the peppers into small pieces and fry them with them. When everything is well seared, add the cream and season with pepper and paprika. I leave out salt because the pre-seasoned meat is salty enough for me.
  2. Simmer everything for about 10-15 minutes on medium heat. Then add the spring onions and tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. If the sauce is too thin, you can thicken it with a roux or a light sauce thickener.
  4. We like to eat rice with it.
