Fry the strips in hot oil. Deglaze with the water and add the granulated stock, 2 roughly diced onions and the mushrooms. Let everything simmer for about 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, clean the remaining onions and peppers, cut into strips and fry. Season with spices and set aside.
Deglaze the shredded meat with cream, bring to the boil and thicken a little with a sauce thickener. Add the cheese and melt in the sauce. Add the fried onions and paprika and season everything with spices.
