Dice the pork belly. Wash, peel, quarter and core apples and cut into fine wedges. Cut turkey meat into small pieces.
Fry the bacon until crispy and then remove it from the pan. Fry the apples on both sides and also remove them from the pan. Sear the turkey meat and after a short time fry the onions as well. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and marjoram, add half of the cream and the vegetable stock and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the pork belly and apples again. Whisk the remaining cream with the flour and mustard and add to the sliced meat. Bring it to the boil again briefly.
