Cut the meat into thin strips. Peel, halve and core the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Mix the crème fraîche and mustard.
Heat the oil in a pan, fry the meat in portions while turning. Add the cucumber slices and sauté. Fold in the crème fraîche and mustard. Finally chop the dill, add it and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
Rice, ribbon noodles or baguettes are ideal as a side dish.
