- Cut the onions into strips. Cut the mushrooms into strips approx. 0.5 cm wide.
- Fry the onions in hot oil. Add the chicken strips and season with salt and pepper. Add water and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.
- Fry the mushrooms separately and add to the sliced meat. Add sour cream. Bring to the boil briefly. Let it steep for 10 minutes over low heat.
- Meanwhile, the pasta can be cooked as usual.
- The sliced meat is served on top of the ribbon noodles.
