Mix the shredded meat with the soy sauce and leave to marinate for approx. 1 - 2 hours.
Clean or peel the peppers, carrots and onions and cut into strips (cut the carrots into thin strips and the onions can be roughly chopped).
Fry the shredded meat in a hot pan, then take it out and set it aside for now. Fry the vegetables in the pan for about 5 minutes, then set aside or add to the slices. Now bring the vegetable stock with balsamic vinegar and ketchup to the boil. Add the shredded meat and vegetables and bring to the boil briefly. Serve hot.
