Instructions

  1. Cut the tofu into 1 cm thick slices. Mix the vegetable stock, soy sauce and garlic in a bowl and add the tofu to marinate (preferably overnight).
  2. Dice the tofu and mushrooms. Heat oil in a pan. First fry the tofu and take it out of the pan. Heat the oil again and salt and fry the mushrooms. Pour off any excess liquid. Add the tofu, deglaze with the rest of the marinade and the collected mushroom liquid. Add the cream and the finely chopped herbs and simmer for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Noodles taste good with them - but also simple (toast) bread.
