Cut the turkey breast into small strips. Let the oil get hot in a pan.
Fry the sliced turkey breast in it and season with salt and pepper.
Add the chicken stock, rosemary and thyme. Peel the garlic and add to the sauce through the garlic press. Stir in the sour cream and simmer everything again over medium heat for about 6 - 8 minutes.
Pasta of any kind or rosemary potatoes go well with this.
