Instructions

  1. Bring the vegetable stock and coconut milk with curry powder and turmeric to a boil. Add the bulgur and simmer until cooked.
  2. In the meantime, wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Briefly blanch the broccoli in boiling salted water.
  3. Fry the carrots and zucchini in a little oil, add the broccoli and fry everything until the desired cooking point is reached. Take out of the pan. Wash the turkey fillet and cut into pieces. Then fry in the pan with a little oil. Add the vegetables and bulgur and mix everything well.
  4. If you are particularly fond of curry, you can add some seasoning now. Of course also with salt and pepper, although I personally think that the dish doesn`t need both.
