  1. Slice the turkey breast. Halve the onions and cut into slices.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the meat until light brown, then add the onions and fry until translucent. Peel and quarter the apple, cut into cubes and add to the meat. Scatter flour and curry over the contents of the pan and sauté briefly while stirring. Then add the hot broth and bring to the boil. Stir in the cream and season with salt, sugar and lemon juice.
