Chop the meat and fry in a pan with a little oil. Then season with paprika powder, salt, pepper and garlic powder. We add some more chili powder. Remove the meat from the pan and set aside. Leave the oil in the pan.
Now fill the pan with the water and wait until it boils. Then stir in the chicken broth. Add mustard and honey and stir in this too until there are no more lumps. Add the cream and then place the meat in the sauce and simmer on a low flame for 10 minutes.
