Wash the turkey meat, dry it and cut into strips. Peel and chop onions, garlic too. Heat the oil in a pan or a wok, fry the turkey strips, add the onions and let them steam. Add the garlic and diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, add the bay leaf, pour in the tomato puree, add the creme fraiche and season everything with oregano, add salt if necessary.
If you leave pasta or rice to cook beforehand, both are ready at the same time.
