Cut the turkey meat into small pieces, add the pressed garlic clove to the soy sauce and marinate the meat in it for about 1 hour (drain again before searing).
Cut the onions into strips and fry them in the oil in a wok, add the meat and turn several times. Sweat the pepper pieces with it. Add the curry powder and paste, sauté briefly and deglaze with the strong stock. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
Reduce the heat, add the mango cubes and coconut milk and heat with the lid closed. Serve with rice.
