  1. First all fresh ingredients are washed and cleaned and then patted dry. Then cut the turkey meat into strips, dice the onion, quarter the mushrooms and cut the spring onion into slices.
  2. Set aside the green and white spring onion pieces separately.
  3. Then season the turkey strips and marinate with 1 tablespoon of oil in a small bowl or a freezer bag. Briefly blanch the snow peas and peas in plenty of boiling water (1-2 min.) And allow to cool again. Salt the 400 ml water for the rice and bring to the boil.
  4. Sauté the white spring onion pieces and the onion cubes with 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Then add the mushrooms.

  6. Heat the pan for the turkey strips. When the rice is almost ready, fry the turkey strips in a hot pan on all sides until the meat is nicely browned.
  7. Stir the cream cheese or crème fraîche into the fried mushrooms. Just before serving, stir in the green spring onions and heat them up briefly. Finally season with salt and pepper. If the mushroom mixture has become too thick, stir in 1-2 tablespoons of water or stock. Add the snow peas and peas to the finished rice.
