Fry the sliced turkey in the hot frying fat and remove it from the pan again.
Sauté the onion in the roast, flavor with the spices and deglaze with the white wine.
Pour in the broth and simmer the asparagus pieces in it until they are almost soft. Thicken and stir in the cream and bring to the boil. Add the meat again and heat. Possibly season with Maggi or Worcestershire sauce.
