Divide the broccoli into florets, wash and cook in salted water until firm to the bite.
Peel the onion, cut into rings. Cut the turkey schnitzel into 1 cm wide strips and fry in hot oil. Add the onions and fry until translucent. Dust the flour over the meat and onion and pour in the broth. Simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Add the cream and stir in well. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix the broccoli into the shredded meat before serving.
