Instructions

  1. Cut turkey schnitzel into strips. Mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, mustard and pepper and marinate the meat in the fridge for an hour.
  2. Peel the carrots and cut them diagonally into thin slices. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut diagonally into fine rings.
  3. Sear the turkey meat in a pan in oil. Take out and keep warm. Put the carrots in the pan, pour in the vegetable stock. Let the lid stew for about 10 minutes.
