Dice the onion, drain the pineapple and cut into bite-sized pieces, collect the juice. Peel and slice the bananas. Cut open the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces. Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into pieces.
Heat the oil in a saucepan and sweat the onion in it. Add the meat and sear it. Season with salt and pepper, add the peppers. Add the bananas, pineapple and pineapple juice and bring to the boil.
Then simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes. After 5 minutes, season with plenty of curry powder. Finally refine with cream.
I didn`t specify the amounts of cream and spices, as everyone has a different taste. This dish goes well with pasta or rice.
