Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Heat the corn oil in a pan and fry the onions in it. Add the carrots and fry briefly. Season the turkey pieces with salt, pepper, paprika powder and curry, place in the pan and fry until the meat is brown on the outside.
Add the sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and tomato paste. Pour on the cream and water. Add the sugar and cook for 5 minutes.
Then bind with cornstarch and season with salt and pepper and serve with the pasta. You can choose between vegetable sticks or a salad as a side dish.
