Cut the turkey meat into small cubes. Mix the flour and curry powder. Roughly chop the onions and zucchini.
Turn the meat in the flour and curry mixture. Let the oil get hot in the pan and fry the meat until golden brown, set aside.
Briefly sauté the onions in the pan. Then add the zucchini and apple juice. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes. Add the cream to the onions and zucchini in the pan and puree everything. Put the meat in the sauce and season with salt.
