Wash the carrots, leeks and peppers and cut into pieces. The carrots as thin as possible so that they don`t have to cook too long. Boil them in a saucepan with water and then let them steep until they are halfway cooked, although they may still be firm to the bite.
In the meantime, wash the turkey fillets and cut into strips. They should not be longer than 5 cm and make bite-sized portions.
When the vegetables are ready, sear the meat in the lightly greased pan, then add the leeks, bell peppers and carrots. Let it cook for about 5 minutes, the meat must be cooked through.
Now season well with salt and pepper. Add the cooking cream and stir well, in the meantime you can use paprika powder / other spices to sharpen the taste. Rice or potato rösti are recommended for this.
