Salt and pepper the meat, fry briefly in a little oil, but do not fry thoroughly. Keep warm.
Fry the mushrooms in the pan, add onion and garlic, let take some color and deglaze with broth. Let something down. I never add all of the liquid at once, but always gradually. If you like to eat spicy, you can add the chilli. Finally add the coconut milk, put the warm meat back in, simmer again a little, season with salt and pepper.
Basmati rice and vegetables of your choice are served with it.
