Cut the turkey breast fillet into strips and mix with the mustard, salt and pepper. Cut the onion into rings, the paprika into strips and cut the gherkins in half. Cook the pasta.
Fry the turkey breast in a little oil, add the vegetables and sauté for approx. 5 minutes. Mix in the tomato paste, deglaze with a little cucumber liquid and the vegetable stock. Add the cream cheese, bring to the boil and cook for approx. 10 minutes.
