Cut turkey escalope into thin strips, cut the onion into half rings. Finely chop the garlic. Halve the cucumber lengthways, scrape out the seeds with a spoon and then cut into slices.
Fry the meat, onion and garlic in hot oil until almost done. Take out and keep warm.
Briefly fry the cucumber in the hot oil. Add meat again. Add the plum jam, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar and a little salt; Boil once and serve hot with rice.
